Privacy Policy
This policy explains how CV Cipta Bisnis Digital ("we", "us"), a company registered in Indonesia, handles personal data on ciptabisnisdigital.com and acts as the data controller for its products: Catalo.id, Jeniusly, holla.day, Vincaso, Jimspod, Klotee. We follow Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection (UU PDP).
1. This website
ciptabisnisdigital.com is an information page. It has no account, no forms, and sets no cookies. We do not use analytics or advertising trackers here.
Like every website, our hosting provider and content delivery network automatically record technical request data (IP address, browser type, page requested, time) in server logs to keep the service secure and running. We do not use these logs to identify you.
2. Our products
Each product publishes its own privacy policy describing exactly what it collects — for example account details, store and order data, or content you upload — and why. That product policy applies together with this one. Where they differ, the product policy is more specific and prevails for that product.
3. How we use personal data
- To provide and secure the service you asked for;
- To respond to your messages and support requests;
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations;
- To improve our products, using aggregated or de-identified data where possible.
We do not sell personal data.
4. Sharing and processors
We share personal data only with service providers that help us run our products — such as hosting, payment gateways, messaging providers and AI model providers — under agreements that require them to protect it, or when required by law. Some providers, including our hosting servers in Singapore, process data outside Indonesia; we choose providers with adequate protection, as required by UU PDP.
5. Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law (for example, financial records). After that it is deleted or anonymised.
6. Security
We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), access control, and separate storage for credentials. If a personal data breach occurs, we will notify affected people and the authorities as required by UU PDP.
7. Children
Our products are intended for adults. Where a product is used for children (for example, Jeniusly), a parent or guardian creates and controls the account and the child's data.
8. Your rights
Under UU PDP you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data; withdraw consent; object to certain processing; and request a copy of your data. Send requests to ciptabisnisdigital@gmail.com, or through the support channel of the product concerned. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date above shows the latest version; significant changes will be announced on the affected product.
